Safety at Covey

Covey is built for people making plans in the real world. Use care when meeting someone, choose public places when appropriate, and report behavior that makes the community less safe.
Community expectations
Treat people with respect. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, share private information without consent, spam people, or use Covey to coordinate illegal or dangerous activity.
Reporting concerns
If something in the app feels unsafe, report it from the product when available or email safety@coveyapp.co . Include the account, plan, message, or screenshot context that would help us understand what happened.
What Covey may do
We may review reports, restrict content or visibility, warn users, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or contact support providers when needed to investigate abuse, fraud, security issues, or policy violations.
Emergencies
Covey support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. For non-emergency help with an account or plan, contact support at support@coveyapp.co .
